Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

There is absolutely no point in anticipating the worst because that will increase the likelihood of the worst occurring. As you may have read in previous posts, what you search for is what you will find. When you focus on drama and disaster, it comes to you in great big servings and it multiplies. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy of doom, gloom and misery. Over time, it starts to feel as though you are in a deep pit of struggle, trouble and
strife and it can seem that it’s impossible to climb out of your pit.
